Our bespoke program is guaranteed to get you fit, healthy and lean faster than you ever thought possible. If you’d like to finally get in shape, feel more energetic, and look great without spending hours in the gym then this small group programme is for you.
But wait, there’s a catch…we are only accepting 10 people that are 100% dedicated to achieving their goals.
We don’t want to waste anyone’s time or money, so we have certain criteria that we need all participants to adhere to for a minimum of 15 to 30 days. Please understand this is not to put you off, but rather to ensure we get you the results you are looking for. If you follow our METHOD for fat loss, it will work, guaranteed!
If you are not willing to adhere to our requirements than I don’t think this is the programme you for.
To qualify to participate you must:
- Commit to training with us in the gym a minimum of 2 times per week for 8 weeks. (Training days will be one lunch hour on (Tuesdays, and one morning on Thursdays for 40/45 minutes)
- Attend a nutrition talk at the beginning and end of the challenge. These will be held at lunch time.
- Attend a 25 minute one to one coaching and assessment session once every two weeks. This includes monitoring your weight, body fat using Charles Poliquin’s biosignature method and girth measurement’s. Weekly weigh in’s will be done each week.
- Be willing to do our Metabolic Enhancement Training extra workouts which are the first part of our M.E.T.H.O.D formula for fat loss. These workouts will need to be done a minimum of 3 times per week; they will require very little equipment and take only 25 to 40 minutes. These workouts can be done at home or in the Oracle gym.
- Be willing to follow our Holistic Optimum Diet without DEVIATION which is the second part of our M.E.T.H.O.D formula for fat loss. This includes eliminating sugar, caffeine, wheat, gluten, most dairy, alcohol (yes you read that right!) and all process foods for 2 to 4 weeks.
- Be willing to take the required supplements recommended, this not manditory, however you may not acheive the same results if you choose not to take them (You will need to spend approximately €132 on supplements, discounts available for Oraclub members)
- Be willing to complete your food and exercise journal and hand it in each week.
- Give 100% in all training sessions.
- Have a good sense of humour and have Fun. You can achieve results while have FUN, it’s not going to be easy but the rewards will definitely outweigh the sacrifice! The choice is yours. Remember if you do the same you will stay the same!
