Group Exercise Programmes
Group exercise is still one of the most popular facets of the fitness industry. Based on our experience we have found that the most popular group programmes include a nice mix of high intensity cardiovascular activities and mind /body techniques.
If you don’t have the space for a full fitness suite we can easily use a large seminar or conference room to cater for any of the exercise classes we have on offer. All classes can be run in 6 to 8 week courses.

Pilates
Pilates exercise strengthens your back, strengthens your abdominal area and improves posture. It is excellent for muscle toning and is truly a fantastic cross trainer for athletes and cardio junkies!! Medical experts recommend it to help prevent back pain. Benefits include:

Freestyle Fitness Yoga
This class is a contemporary mix of Yoga & Pilates exercises designed to increase flexibility, strength and core stability. It is not a spiritual experience but mimics Yoga in its breathing style offering postures that are both challenging and relaxing.
FFY is excellent for muscle toning and is truly a fantastic cross trainer for athletes and cardio junkies!! All levels welcome.
Kettlebells Conditioning
What is KettleBell training? A kettlebell is hand held weight which can be used to train the whole body. It resembles a cannonball with a handle attached.
You can do standard weight training exercises such as: bench presses, curls, and rows. However, the unique value of kettle bells is derived from ballistic (fast exercise) work such as: snatches, swings, cleans, and jerks.
What are the benefits of it? Kettle bell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance. This fat burning quick fix workout is challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. You can achieve great results in a minimal amount of time!
What would a typical session entail? The first class will show you the basics of the main techniques. From there on in, classes last 40 minutes which will focus on the whole body using the dynamic swings and conditioning exercises. A strong, mobile and powerful athlete is the end result of these Kettle Bell Conditioning classes!

When you sign up for the Peak Condition Fitness Camp you are investing in:
- 8 Unique Fat Burning sessions over 4 weeks, this will also include the use of Kettlebells
- Our Metabolic Enhancement Training home workouts and recipes. If training with us twice a week you will need to do 3 sessions on your own,
- Our Holistic Optimum Diet Plan for 30 days which includes eliminating wheat, sugar, most dairy, process food and Alcohol.(yes you read that right, no alcohol for 30 days) This is non-negotiable and the key to your success!
You will also be expected to:
- Fill in a food log, exercise log and goals setting sheet each week
- Get to bed between 10pm and 10.30 5 days a week
