ORACLE ON SITE CLASSES, TREATMENTS & GYM

Here’s how to book your place for any course or treatment

All payments are deducted from your payslip so you will need to create a user name and password to register with us online.

Once there, sign in your user name and password (or create one if it is your first time) and then click on tab of the treatment or course you would like to take (tabs are across the top) and just sign up!  You can also use the links below after the description of the course or treatment to sign up.

If you are a contractor you will need to let us know by typing in ‘contractor’ where it asks for your employee number.  Contractors must make arrangements to pay cash.

The Oraclub give a 30% discount to for these services for their members, all courses run in 8 week blocks.

 

KETTLEBELLS & CONDITIONING

Mondays @ 12.30pm & Wednesdays @ 6pm

Are you interested in burning fat, building muscle, or increasing strength and stamina? Then Kettlebell training is a fit for you.

What is a Kettlebell?

A kettlebell is hand held weight which can be used to train the whole body. It resembles a cannonball with a handle attached.

They have been used for centuries in Russia and surrounding countries. The Russian ‘Spetnaz’ (special forces) use kettlebells as part of their training regimes as well as the U.S. armed forces. More recently English Premiership football clubs have been using them for strength and conditioning, Geri Halliwell used Kettlebells as part of her latest training regime to get into shape.

So if you want to melt away stubborn fat, tone and strengthen flabby arms, abs and legs, improve and strengthen your core and back as well as improve your heart and lung fitness, then this class is for you!

COMBO CLASS

Fridays @ 12.30pm

This COMPLETE COMBO CLASS is a mix of BOXING STYLE SPEED AND POWER DRILLS, FAT BURNING CIRCUITS and KETTLEBELL WORK which is great for the ABS and will whip you into shape in no time at all!

Days: Mondays & Fridays from 12.30pm – 1.10pm  AND  Wednesdays from 6.00pm -7.00pm

YOGA PILATES FUSION


 

This hybrid program blends the benefits of two extremely popular disciplines. A variety of props including light hand weights, stability balls, and stretching straps will be utilized to offer a more challenging routine.

Enjoy the benefits of Fitness/ Power Yoga and Pilates which include improved flexibility muscle strength and endurance, strong and toned abdominals, long and lean muscles, improved balance and enhanced relaxation and stress release.

 

Days: Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm

PURE PILATES


Pilates exercise strengthens your back, strengthens your abdominal area and improves posture.  Dancers and performance artists have used it for years.  Medical experts recommend it to help prevent back pain.

Benefits include: strengthening of the back, tones abdominal area, improves posture, core stability and flexibility.  Be prepared to Burn!!!

VINYSA FLOW YOGA


 

 

Day: Wednesdays from 1pm to 1.45pm

Cost: €58 for Oraclub Members, €83for Non Members

Vinysa Flow Yoga is specifically designed to build and maintain complete strength, flexibility, fitness and health.  Its unique combination of dynamic breathing and flowing movements develops concentration and focus, releases tension, unwinds tight muscles and joints and most importantly reduces stress.

All courses are mix level classes so suitable for beginners and improvers.  All classes are non transferable and non refundable. A confirmation mail with further details will be sent after you register before the start of the course

ON SITE THERAPIES

Neck Back & Shoulder Massage

 

This massage works on both physical and mental states. It focuses on the upper body, back, shoulders and neck, the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension. It is a wonderful and beneficial therapy for de-stressing the whole body.

Treatment takes approximately 20mins.

COST Oraclub Members €16 for one or €70 for a course of five.

Non Members €22 for one or €100 for a course of five.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is a hands on approach using palpatory skills for the safe and effective treatment of joint and muscle problems. It involves a combination of manual techniques, including deep massage, joint movement and gentle stretching, which are applied in accordance with current health principles.
Sports massage involves the application of a variety of specific, hands-on, massage based techniques through therapeutic touch.  Its role in injury prevention is as important as its role in injury management.

Treatment takes approximately 45 minutes

Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that relate to each and every gland, organ and part the body.

Stimulating these reflexes properly encourages correct energy flow and can therefore help the body return to its natural state of good health.

Benefits include, reduced stress and induce deep relaxation, improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins and impurities, revitalizes energy and is preventative health care.

Treatment takes approximately 30mins.

ON SITE GYM – BLOCK H FIRST FLOOR


Below is the new timetable and information on the types of gym sessions available.  If you are interested in participating in anything listed below you can book on line by

GYM SCHEDULE – All gym activities are free of charge and paid for by Oracle.

 

To join the Oracle on site gym all employees must take a 20 minute gym induction for insurance purposes.  No one my use the gym unless they have filled in the screening and release forms and met with the personal trainer.  Below is what is on offer in the gym.

 

THE PERSONAL TRAINERS WILL BE ON SITE THE FOLLOWING DAYS:

 

MONDAY’S – 11AM TO 2.30PM

TUESDAY’S –11AM TO 2.30PM AND AGAIN FROM 4PM TO 6PM

THURSDAY’S – 4PM TO 7PM


ONE OFF FITNESS PROGRAMME
If you exercise regularly and want some ideas of how you can step up your training or perhaps you’ve hit a plateau, then this is the session for you.

After an initial consultation a customized exercise programme is designed at meeting your particular requirements, desires and goals.  We demonstrate each exercise and have you perform it yourself so we can make sure you are completing each exercise with the correct technique.

 

HOME PROGRAMMES – just click on ‘session in the on site gym’ for this

If the gym is not your cup of tea, we can also design a programme suitable for the home using minimal or no equipment at all.

 

4 WEEK KICK START PROGRAMME- when booking this session you must click on make reoccurring appointment. You will then see at the bottom of the screen a start and end date.  Make sure you enter in your end date 4 weeks from the time you started to complete all 4 bookings.

This simple step-by-step programme is guaranteed to get you the body of your dreams faster than you ever thought possible.  If you’d like to finally get in shape, feel more energetic, and look great without spending hours in the gym then join up to our individualized 4 week 1:1 Kick Start Programme.

We will start by helping you to set personal goals and targets.  Your personal trainer will work with you through the 40 minute exercise programme once a week for 4 weeks to keep your motivation and skills right up.

After the 4 weeks are over, you get a plan to complete on your own with a monthly check to update your plan and measure your progress.
