NEW 6 WEEK YOGA PILATES FUSION COURSE STARTING SEPTEMBER 6TH.
This class combines body-toning rounds of Sun Salutations with strong standing poses, blending the benefits of two extremely popular disciplines, yoga and pilates.
A variety of props including, stability balls, and stretching straps will be utilized to offer a more challenging routine.
Enjoy the benefits of Yoga and Pilates which include improved flexibility muscle strength and endurance, strong and toned abdominals, long and lean muscles, improved balance and enhanced relaxation and stress release. No muscle is left untouched!
It is not a spiritual experience but mimics Yoga in its breathing style offering postures that are both challenging and relaxing.
FPF is truly a fantastic cross trainer for athletes and cardio junkies!! All levels welcome.

NEW 6 WEEK KETTLEBELLS AND CONDITIONING COURSE STARTING 15TH OF SEPTEMBER
Kettlebells and Conditioning
This class is more than just your average ‘circuit’ class! It will include an excellent mix of the most effective weight training methods using all the equipment available in the gym along with the best Kettlebell exercises out there!
If you want to seriously improve your strength, stamina and strip down body fat then this class is for you!.
When: Thursdays – September 15th, 22nd, 29th, October 6th, 13th & 20th
Where: The Gym (please note the gym will be closed during the time of the class)
Time: 12- 12.45pm
Minimum number to run course is 10
The gym will be supervised until the end of the year so you may available of the services listed below free of charge until December 2011.
Joining the gym and Personalized Fitness Programmes 
The trainer will be available from 10am to 2pm every Tuesday starting August the 9th and every Friday from 12pm-2pm starting August the 19th for 12 weeks.
If you haven’t taken an induction you will need to do so before being given access to the gym. Below are the services that will be available. You will be able to book your sessions from the Fit For Life website very shortly.
Gym Induction Training
Induction training on the gym equipment will be given by a trainer at agreed times. Initial training will involve filling out a screening and release of liability form for Fit For Life. The training will be approximately thirty minutes in length. How to operate and set machines properly and general training principals on cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility training will be covered. Handouts will be included.
Fitness Programmes
Our simple step-by-step programmes are guaranteed to get you fit, healthy and lean faster than you ever thought possible. If you’d like to finally get in shape, feel more energetic, and look great without spending hours in the gym then these individualized One 2 One Sessions are for you.
After an initial induction you will be able to avail of a customized exercise programme. This is designed at meeting your particular requirements, desires and goals. We demonstrate each exercise and have you perform it yourself so we can make sure you are completing each exercise with the correct technique. No more wasting time in the gym as all our programmes are highly effective and most importantly enjoyable!
