Part 1 As a fitness professional for the last 14 years, I find the majority of the population is looking to lose weight and tone up (by the way there is no such thing really as ‘toning up’, it is basically gaining muscle and reducing fat). However most people have decided that they know enough from reading magazines to write their own programmes.
